(Overview)
Sapa is home to a wealth of colorful, diverse hill tribes,
who have steadfastly resisted integration into Vietnamese society and modern
life. In fact, the hill tribes, including the Hmong, Dao (Dzao), Tay, Day
(Dzay) and Xa Pho, comprise the majority of inhabitants in the area,
outnumbering the Vietnamese (Kinh) who prefer the warmer low lands
Day 1 : 
Pick you up at Lao Cai Station then transfer to Sapa after that have breakfast
at restaurant and check in hotel, free time to relaxing.
Overnight in Sapa.
Day 2 : Sapa (B, L, D)
A whole day free time for relaxing.

Day 3 : Sapa (B, L, D)
After
breakfast trekking to Lao Chai and Ta Van village of the H’Mong and Dzao people.
Then visiting Giang Ta Chai village, visit a waterfall and a suspension bridge.
Walk up to road for the jeep back to Sapa.
Overnight in Sapa
Day 4 : Sapa (B, L, D)
After breakfast at your hotel, visit the Silver Waterfall,
HMong people, Dzao people. After lunch, free time for exploring local market.
Then transfer to Lao Cai. Have dinner in Lao Cai and then catch the night train
back to
